RUSH MY ORDER

Normal production time takes 3-15 weekdays to complete so that your order is ready to be collected by you or the couriers, depending on what your arrangements are. 

Keep in mind that orders can be delayed in busy seasons or during high load shedding stages due to production down-time. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that you place your orders well in advance.

CHRISTMAS RUSH: YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS (ALL SHIPPING CHRISTMAS ORDERS CLOSE 11 DECEMBER 2023, LOCAL KZN OR PICK-UP ORDERS CLOSE 17TH DECEMBER 23H59)

OPTION 1: Adding the 72hour RUSH OPTION to your order means that the production of your order gets prioritized and will be ready for pick-up / shipping in 72h max.

OPTION 2: Adding the 2-5 WEEKDAY RUSH OPTION to your order means that the production of your order gets semi-prioritized and will be ready for pick-up / shipping in 2-5 weekdays max.

OPTION 3: Adding the SPECIAL DATE RUSH OPTION to your order means that the production of your order will be prepared and will be ready for pick-up / shipping for a specific date that is less than our normal leading time of max 15 weekdays.

Please keep in mind that the shipping time is not included in the above production-lead-time.
